Recognising the benefits of LEAN methodology which is deeply rooted in the culture of Salom and many of our customers, the increasing need for cash efficient logistics to only deliver the mix of products you want when you want them is on all our minds. Avoiding slow turn and obsolete stock whilst having stock availability is the holy grail in logistics and Salom has vast experience of working with many manufacturing end points, fulfilment and distribution partners to do just that.

Through an established S&OP process, the lead times from our supply chain and production combined with the demand forecasting available enable us to consult on what lead times are required and how best to support them so there is product availability and visibility when and where you need it.
